Eventual and Strong Consistency

eventual consistency offers low latency at the risk of returning stale data

it could return stale data if a read request arrives on a not up-to-date node, but it could return latest data if the node has been updated, it means if you choose eventual consistency, you could get two or more different results when reading, but if you choose strong consistency, you have to only old or latest data.
